My photo wasn't accepted
The app tells you what to change. The usual fixes: step back so your feet are in the frame, or choose Torso only if there isn't room. Face the camera, keep your arms relaxed at your sides and your hands empty, and take it in good light with only you in the picture.
How many try-ons do I get?
5 a day, and you get more at midnight. A try-on that doesn't work doesn't count. On a very busy day the fitting room can be fully booked; try again after midnight.
Why does it say "Estimated weather"?
Live weather isn't available right now, so your outfits use a typical Singapore day: 31 °C and humid. Live weather comes back by itself.
How do I change my area?
Tap the weather bar at the top of the Stylist and choose your area, or let the app use your approximate location. Your location is not sent or stored.
Is my photo used to train AI?
No. Your photo and body details are only used to show outfits on you, check the fit and colour of the result, and style you on screen. We never use them for advertising, never sell or share them, and never use them to train AI models. See the privacy notice.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account & data. You can also ask by email. See Delete your account.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, in Safari. An App Store app comes later. See Get the app.
