Terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Benjamin Lim, trading as Eve Count (UEN 53438315K), Singapore ("we", "us"). Drape is a Cybrdeck product, and Cybrdeck is a business of Eve Count. The terms cover the Drape app on Android, the web app, and the website at drape.men (together, "Drape").

By creating an account or using Drape in any way, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice, which explains how we handle your data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Together they are the whole agreement between you and us. If you don't agree, don't use Drape.

1. Who can use Drape

You must be 18 or older. By using Drape, you confirm that you are.

2. What Drape does

Drape suggests outfits for Singapore's weather, shows garments on a photo of you (the "fitting room"), suggests sizes for ready-to-wear clothes, and links to shops and tailors that sell them. Drape is free to use. We don't sell clothes and we don't take payments.

We may add, change or remove features. We may also limit how much you can use some of them. For example, the fitting room currently allows 5 try-ons a day, and it can be fully booked on a busy day.

3. Your account

Sign in with your own email address or Google account. Keep access to it secure: anyone who can open your email can sign in as you. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person.

4. Your photo

You may only upload a photo of yourself. Don't upload a photo of anyone else, of anyone under 18, or a photo that shows nudity or anything unlawful. We may refuse or remove a photo that breaks these rules.

The photo stays yours. You give us permission to store it and use it only to run Drape for you, as the privacy notice describes: to show outfits on you, to check the fit and colour of the result, and to style you on screen. We never use it for advertising, never sell or share it, and never use it to train AI models. You can delete it at any time.

5. Try-on pictures

A try-on picture is an illustration made by an AI model. It shows roughly how a garment could look on you. It is not a photograph, and the colour, fit, length, pattern or fabric of the real garment may look different.

The pictures made for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use. Don't present them as real photographs of a product, and don't use them in advertising.

6. Outfit, weather and size suggestions

Outfit suggestions and stylist notes are opinions, not promises. Weather comes from Data.gov.sg and can be late, missing or wrong. When live weather isn't available, Drape uses a typical Singapore day instead and says so.

Size suggestions compare your measurements with the shop's published size chart. They are for guidance only. Check the fit yourself before you buy, and follow the shop's own size and returns advice.

7. Shops, tailors and other websites

Garments in Drape are sold by independent shops and tailors, not by us. Prices, stock and availability come from them, are shown "as of" a date, and may be different in the shop. When you follow a link to buy or book, you leave Drape: your purchase or booking is between you and that business, on its own terms. We are not responsible for their products, services, websites or prices. Showing a product doesn't mean the business endorses Drape.

8. The stylist on your phone (Android)

If you choose to download the optional stylist model, it is stored on your phone and uses its storage, memory and battery. The model is open-source software from Google, provided under its own licence (shown in the app). You can delete it at any time in Settings.

9. Using Drape properly

Drape is built to be used as the app and these terms describe. You are responsible for how you use it, for everything you upload or enter, and for any decision you make based on it, including what you buy, wear or have made.

Don't:

  • copy, sell, rent or resell Drape or any part of it;
  • take the app apart or try to get at its source code, except where the law allows it;
  • collect data from Drape in bulk, by scraping, bots or other automated means;
  • get around daily limits, security or other protections, or overload our systems;
  • use Drape to harm, harass, impersonate or deceive anyone;
  • upload anything that breaks these terms or the law.

10. Who owns Drape

Drape, including its software, design, text, pictures, styling rules and data, belongs to Benjamin Lim, trading as Eve Count. Drape™, the Drape logo and Cybrdeck™ are trademarks of Eve Count. While these terms apply, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Drape for yourself. We give you no other rights.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without paying you.

11. Third-party software and data

Drape uses software and data from others under their own licences, including weather data from Data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence. The full list is in the app under Settings → Legal and licences.

12. Availability

Drape is a free service, provided "as is". It may sometimes be slow, unavailable or wrong, and we may stop it altogether. We'll give reasonable notice in the app or on drape.men before we stop it for good.

13. No liability

You use Drape at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or claim of any kind arising from Drape or your use of it. That includes loss from relying on a suggestion, a try-on picture, the weather or a size, from a purchase or booking, from Drape being unavailable or wrong, and from anything a shop, tailor or other third party does.

Only what the law says cannot be excluded is excluded from this section. Our duties to protect your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 are set out in the privacy notice, and we keep them.

13A. Your misuse is your responsibility

You were told how to use Drape properly in these terms and in the app. If you break these terms or the law while using Drape, you agree to cover any loss, damage, cost, fine or claim (including reasonable legal costs) that we suffer as a result. For example: if you upload a photo of someone else and that person makes a claim against us, the cost is yours.

14. Ending

You can stop using Drape and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy → Delete my account & data, or as described at drape.men/delete-account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it. When an account is closed, we delete its data as the privacy notice describes. Sections 5, 10, 13, 13A and 16 keep applying after that.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For an important change, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using Drape after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, you can delete your account.

16. Law and disputes

Singapore law governs these terms. If we disagree about something, please contact us first, and we'll try to settle it informally. If we can't, the courts of Singapore decide it.

No one other than you and us has rights under these terms, and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 does not apply. If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
